Management Team

Brian Rosen

Brian Rosen has a Bachelor of Economic Science degree majoring in Actuarial Science and Statistics from the University of the Witwatersrand.

Brian has qualified as an Actuary with the Faculty of Actuaries in Scotland. He worked in the Actuarial Services Department at Alexander Forbes for three and a half years where he was one of the senior heads of the department. In light of the pending qualification, he was moved into the consulting environment and given several clients to manage as a consultant. He held the position of Associate Director in the Company before resigning from the employment of Alexander Forbes.

Brian founded EBSphere where he is responsible for the architecture of the Everest administration platform.

Colin Gopaul

Colin joined EBSphere in November 2003. His development career started at Alexander Forbes in 1997.

Colin was appointed a Director of the newly formed EBSphere Africa business in November 2014.

Colin’s strengths are in his consulting and client relationships. Colin has been very instrumental in the migration of business onto the Everest system with some very large funds and implementing their business processes.

Gideon Lombard

Gideon started at EBSphere in September 2007. He completed a BCom Economics and Statistics which lead him to become an actuarial student. He fulfilled a Business analyst role and it was here that his development career was formed (at Capital Alliance).

Gideon was appointed a Director at EBSphere in March 2015.
